EXPLORE VILLAGE LIFE! The Charles Village Civic Association, Charles Village Rec League, Friends of the Wyman Park Dell and Village Learning Place invite everyone to celebrate city living in the beautiful Wyman Park Dell, located at 29th and Charles Streets. This weekend festival is expected to attract 7,000 to 9,000 participants and visitors to the Charles Village neighborhood adjacent to the Baltimore Museum of Art and the Johns Hopkins University.
